Title: Molecular control of T cell tolerance and function

Dr. Dong is a Professor in the Department of Immunology at the University of Texas (UT) M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.  He received his Ph.D. at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, AL.  His postgraduate training was in the Section of Immunobiology at the Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT.  He served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Immunology at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA. He has contributed many articles to the immunological literature.  He has studied molecular mechanisms of immune tolerance and T-cell differentiation.
