The conference will take place at the Seaport Hotel, Boston, conveniently located just three miles from Logan International Airport. Boston is one of the oldest cities in the United States and the largest city in New England. With many colleges and universities within the city and surrounding area, Boston is a center of higher education and a center for medicine.

Travel advice for H1N1 Virus
On 11 June, the World Health Organization (WHO) raised the alert level for the H1N1 virus (known as 'swine flu') to phase 6. 1st International Conference on Immune Tolerance is continuing to monitor the situation carefully.
The WHO states that it does not recommend a restriction on travel (http://www.who.int/csr/disease/swineflu/frequently_asked_questions/travel/en/index.html) and the 1st International Conference on Immune Tolerance will go ahead as planned in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, October 25-27, 2009.

We recommend that all participants have appropriate health insurance policies in place when travelling.
